  1. Do Now-Copy down today’s homework assignment in your planner. Get out your science notebook and add to the Table of Contents- “Design Detectives p.23” (Right Side). Head page 23 properly with “Design Detectives-Scenarios- 10/19/16.”
  2. Periods 2 & 6Peer review of interactive science notebook and Self-Reflection on the Introduction to Science pages of your Interactive Science Notebook
  3. Experimental Scenarios– Design Detectives- Model identification of IV, DV, control, constants, etc. in an experimental scenario. Each cooperative table group is assigned an experimental scenario. Write-Pair-Share- Write the answers to the questions individually, discuss your answers with your group, share your scenario and answers with the class.

Homework:

  • Experimental Design Key Vocabulary Quiz on tomorrow 10/20– STUDY page 21 in your notebook
  • Interactive Science Notebook due tomorrow 10/20
